Unitized Slider Bed Belt Conveyors

Unitized® Narrow Bed Belt Conveyor: High quality, heavy-duty narrow bed conveyor with a single piece bed structure, with belting to suit the application. Manufactured to exacting standards to suit application, with variable or fixed speed, size and height. Stainless steel. Available in standard-modular or custom length. Guide rails and side leaves (tables) available

Bed Material: 16 gauge stainless in multiples of 5 feet or 10 feet, 50 foot maximum length as a continuous unit with one drive

Finish: Stainless steel Products: Usually glass, metal, or plastic containers, other wrapped or contained products

Belt Sizes: 1", 2", 3" (5 in. bed width), 4", 5", 6" (8 in. bed width)

Side Leaves: 10 ˝ to 18 inches, as required

Height: Adjustable, 31 "-37" standard height to top of belt

Production Rate: Variable Speed or Fixed Speed

Delivery: 12-16 weeks standard, 2-12 weeks depending on job size and complexity

Tabletop Chain Conveyors

Tabletop Chain Conveyor: High quality, heavy-duty conveyor with smooth chain to suit the application Manufactured to exacting standards to suit application, with variable or fixed speed, size, guard rails and height. Stainless steel, adjustable guard rails wear strips included Available in standard-modular or custom length. Corners and Curves available; flush sides also available.

Bed Material: 11 gauge stainless steel.

Finish: Stainless steel and aluminum construction

Products: Glass, metal, or plastic containers, other products possible Chain Sizes: 3¼", 4", 4½", 5", 7½", 10", 12" standard

Height: Adjustable, 31"-37" standard height to top of chain

Production Rate: Variable Speed or Fixed Speed

Delivery: 10-12 weeks standard, 10-12 weeks depending. on job size and complexity
